Magdolna Toth finished the Hungarian Applied Art Institute (MOME) in 1990 and graduated as a Porcelain-Ceramic Industrial Designer. From 1993 to 2000 worked in the construction industry making architectural ceramics and restoration works in Budapest. Parallel and after she was commissioned by IKEA and several hotels in Budapest, Vienna, and Berlin to produce ceramics.

In 2008 she moved with her family to Ireland where she involved herself in community art projects and, in 2013 got a Socially Engaged Postgraduate Diploma in NCAD. She created an art installation from recycled materials with the people in Wicklow town. She worked on creating a cultural hub for fellow Hungarians.

In 2018 she began to work on her art portfolio. Her works are investigating the concept of the spatial grid. Magda has always been interested in 'the interconnectedness of all things in the universe', and she tries to summarize her branching interests with a structure that requires many nodes. Nature, humanity, and architecture all leave an impression on her. During her life, Magda lived in several cultures and learned similarities and differences, acceptance and rejection. It all leaves an imprint on the artist's memories. The complex webs she builds also symbolize this diverse branching. From a distance, simple forms, become more and more multifaceted and complex as they get closer, the pattern unfolds. Even up close, it reveals that all the basic motifs are different thanks to the handwork. Because of the body's tissue-like structure, it is possible to be creative with colors.

In Hungarian, the word fabric has many meanings: tissue, cloth, web, texture, webbing, drape, weft, woof. It is easy to connect the leather fabric covering our body and the fabric of our clothes. The society also has fabric. The real fabric of society is the spiritual and moral fabric.

The artist named the collection created last 5 years a NetWork series, referring to the interconnectedness of our globe. Her pieces can be found in Ireland China, Singapur, Spain, Hungary.
